Class Cancellations & Refunds
The decision to maintain classes and programs is based on the enrollment at the first class, no refunds are guaranteed after the first class. Participants assume the risk of changes in personal affairs or health. No refund for materials purchased. We reserve the right to terminate a class with fewer than the required number of registrants. Program location and/or personnel are subject to change. If a program or class is cancelled by our office due to insufficient enrollment, participants will receive a full refund in the manner in which was paid. Refund requests are subject to a 5% processing fee, no less than $5 and no more than $25, with the exception of city day camp and overnight trip fees.
All city day camp refund requests made prior to the first day of camp are subject to a 50% processing fee of the refund amount. No refunds will be issued once camp season begins. Requests submitted after 4:30 p.m. on the Friday prior to the start date of the camps will not be granted. Refund requests must be submitted in writing. All $5 trips are non-refundable and non-transferable. Trip insurance is recommended for overnight trips. Specific trip refunds regulations may apply.
A $27 charge will be assessed to all returned checks.
