Summer Camp Resident Registration Begins January 11, 2021

Beachwood Day Camp registration for residents begins January 11. Register for Kidz, Bison, Sports and Theater Camp from 8:00 AM - 4:15 PM, Monday - Friday, at Beachwood City Hall. Teen Travel Camp registration for residents begins March 1. 

Registration packets will be available in the entrance of Beachwood City Hall and the entrance of the Beachwood Community Center: 25325 Fairmount Blvd., Beachwood.

When you arrive at City Hall with your completed camp packet and proof of residency, please call 216-292-1970 and someone will come out to process your application. City Hall is closed to the public.

 Proof of residency is required.

An early-bird fee will be offered to residents who register no later than March 12.Cover_Social Media

Non-Resident Registration Process 

Beginning at 10 a.m. Wednesday, March 10, Get your registration number through this process:

  • Click Online Program Registration
  • Accept terms and create or login to your account 
  • Go to Spring/Summer Recreation Programs
  • Click Camp Non-Resident Wait List Number

This number is your place inline for Non-Resident Camp Sign up starting promptly at 10:00 AM on Sunday, March 14 at the Beachwood City Hall.

Numbers will be called in order. Failure to be present when your number is called will forfeit your place in line.

Having a Wait List Number DOES NOT guarantee a place in camp.

Kidz Camp

Grades Kindergarten through 2

June 14 through July 30
Location: TBD
9:00 AM to 3:15 PM

Youngsters will find a summer full of art, sports, games, musical activities, swimming (lessons and free swim), field trips, special theme days, nature, camp crafts, and so much more! Join us for a summer filled with excitement and fun. 

Bison Camp

Grades 3 through 6

June 14 through July 30
Location: Beachwood High School
9:00 AM to 3:00 PM

This personalized camp is a combination of the traditional group-based camp and activity-based camp. Campers will select group activities of personal interest as well as participate in swimming (lessons and free swim), art, field trips, and sports.

Theater Camp

Grades 2 through 8

June 14 through July 30
Location: Beachwood Middle School
9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Theater Camp provides a highly professional theatrical program in a fun, nurturing environment. Attend workshops focused in acting, dance, vocal performance, and crafts. Afternoons are spent mounting a fully staged musical production. Master's classes are incorporated for more experienced students. Guest artists and free swim at the Beachwood Family Aquatic Center complete each week.

Sports Camp

Grades 4 through 8

June 14 through July 23
Location: Beachwood Middle School
9:00 AM to 3:15 PM

NEW for this year, Sports Camp will now offer 6 one-week sessions.  Campers will have an opportunity to sign up for individual weeks based on the same format as our KIDZ and Bison Day Camp.  There will be a variety of major sports from which to choose.  In addition, campers will be offered other activities such as bowling, batting cages and swimming.  The campers also enjoy field trips and intramural sports.

Weeks 3 & 6: Soccer

Teen Travel Camp

Grades 6 through 8

Join your friends at our summer camp, just for teens. We offer an exciting summer full of adventure and a wide variety of trips. We will be taking weekly excursions, including Pioneer Waterland, Geauga Lake Wild Water Kingdom, Swings N Things, rope course, rock climbing, ice skating, bowling, hiking, plus much more. Don't miss the chance to hang out with your friends and visit some cool places.  

Special Requests

We would like to make your child's stay with us at camp a pleasant experience. Therefore, if your child requires special services or attention, please be sure to make a note on your registration form. Please note Beachwood camps do not adhere to Kosher dietary laws. Campers bring their own bagged lunch and beverage. Refrigeration is not available for lunches.

Before/After Childcare

Childcare is available during the entire camp season. Children are walked to their camp location in the a.m. and to the Child Care site in the p.m. PRE-REGISTRATION is required. Drop-ins are not permitted. All Registration must be paid in full by 4:30 p.m. on the Wednesday prior to week of service or fees will be doubled. Refund Policy

All City day camp refund requests made prior to June 11, 2021, by 4:30 PM are subject to a 50% processing fee of refund amount. No refunds issued after June 11, 2021.
