Administrative Assistant III
The City of Beachwood is accepting applications/resumes for a Full-Time Administrative Assistant III. This position reports directly to the Chief of Police. The Administrative Assistant III is responsible for preparing letters, reporting and submitting purchase requisitions; drafting written department directives; coordinating and submitting payroll; and general office duties. A high school diploma, or GED, and at least two years of experience as an administrative assistant for an executive are required. Associate or Bachelor’s Degree are highly desirable.
