NEW POLICE CHIEF! Mayor Horwitz has announced that he is recommending Kelly J. Stillman to serve as our next police chief. Since January 2011, Stillman has served as police chief for the City of Rocky River, where he has had a distinguished 35-year career. For more information, please visit our City News page. Chief Stillman will be sworn-in during the City Council meeting on Monday, September 21. A ceremonial swearing-in to allow for proper social distancing of attendees will immediately follow at 7:15 PM outside of Beachwood City Hall, 25325 Fairmount Blvd.
Chief Stillman’s first day as Beachwood’s police chief will be September 28, 2020.
