Ty Richardson, an accomplished fitness specialist and health scientist with over 20 years of experience in weight management and healthy lifestyle coaching, is bringing her expertise to Beachwood! Throughout her career as a personal trainer and group exercise instructor, she has helped countless individuals develop healthier eating habits, maintain a balanced weight, and lead more active lives.
Her professional philosophy centers on her motto: “I believe that fitness should be fun!” That vibrant energy shines through in every class she leads. Participants should “prepare to work hard — and have fun!”
