[ARCHIVED] Free Mulch: Supply is gone

5/26 UPDATE 2: There are no more bags of mulch available.

5/26 UPDATE: The last few bags of mulch are available this morning at the Public Works Dept., 23355 Mercantile Road. First come, first served.

5/22 UPDATE: MULCH PICK-UP SUSPENDED: As of 10:00 AM Friday, May 22, the Public Works Department is temporarily out of mulch. Check this space next week for updates.

5/19 UPDATE: Mulch will not be available again until Friday, May 22 from 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM. 

Mulch pick-up will resume Friday, May 22 between 7:30 AM and 3:30 PM and will continue Monday - Friday, holidays excepted, at 23355 Mercantile Road.  The program is available to Beachwood residents while supplies last. Each household is entitled to 12 each, 2-cubic-foot bags of natural mulch at no charge.

Residents are requested to stay in their vehicles and show proof of residency through their CLOSED vehicle windows while picking up mulch. Please pop your trunk or hatchback latch from within your vehicle to ensure social distancing. Public Works Department employees will load the mulch for you.
