CLEVELAND, Ohio – Cuyahoga County has a new centralized hotline to help seniors and disabled adults connect with services they need.
The phone number is 216-420-6700, which residents can call to find out about:
• Available services for people 60 or older, or adults with disabilities between ages 18 and 59 who are living in private residences
• Basic resources including benefits, income assistance, housing and medical care
• Ways to report suspected abuse, neglect or exploitation
County Executive Ed FitzGerald announced the new hotline Thursday morning. The county’s Division of Senior and Adult Services served roughly 25,000 clients last year, county officials said.
