  • Yes, the City requires a one-time license and registration for all bicycles. Bring serial number, make and model information, frame or wheel size, color, and number of speeds to the Police Department to receive your complimentary license.

  • Yes, the City requires any person under the age of 16 to wear a protective helmet with fastened chin strap. This applies to both the operator and the passenger.

Should you have a neighbor that has a dog that is in violation of any of the above, contact the Beachwood Police Department at 216-464-1234.
