Ordinance 618.07 states "No person shall keep or harbor with the City any dog which by barking, biting, howling, or in any way or manner injures or disturbs quiet of any other person, or which destroys or damages any other person's lawn, tree, shrub, plant, building or other property." Should you have a neighbor that has a dog that is in violation of any of the above, contact the Beachwood Police Department at 216-464-1234.
