The purpose of the Audit Committee is to ensure the integrity of the City’s financial reporting, audit process, and system of internal controls, disclosures, and compliance with laws and regulations.

Membership & Terms
Council shall appoint one Member to the Audit Committee who is a Resident of the City or a Member of the Business Community. The Term of the Appointed Member of the Audit Committee shall not extend beyond the next Organizational Meeting of Council.
