New Online Permitting System

As of January 2, 2026, the City of Beachwood Building Department launched a new online permitting system called Clariti. This system will make it easier and more convenient for residents, contractors, businesses, and the public to apply for and manage permits online. We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we transition to this new system.

How to Apply Online

  • Visit the Clariti Portal
  • Create an account or log in to your existing account.
  • Select the appropriate submission type for your application.
  • Follow the step-by-step instructions provided in the portal.
  • Review your application carefully to ensure all required information and documents are complete before submitting.
